Worked with management to design a future focused operating model to reduce the cost of delivery by 15%. Core to this was the centralisation of workforce and work management through the creation of internal and service partner collaboration hub. Additionally, this included re-tendering and selection of national field service partners.

With a background as an elite triathlete and coach, Katie has translated her experience working in high performance sports into developing high performing leaders and teams for clients across a wide range of industries including professional services, higher education, financial services, telecommunications, energy and resources, public sector, health, defence and retail.
She has worked with many of Australia’s largest and most iconic institutions and organisations to impact transformational change through their leaders and teams. Katie is an experienced Leadership and Human Capital consultant with 15 years of experience as a Partner with Grant Thornton and a Director with Deloitte Consulting.
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Danny had had a successful 20-year career bringing strategy into operational reality as a management consultant at Deloitte in Australia, Asia, the UK and Europe, and as a senior executive in Australia.
His success has come from using a blend of structured and creative approaches to design future businesses and ways of working, and to implement the required changes to bring these to life with business operations.
Danny has used this approach extensively with clients across infrastructure and field services, telecommunications, utilities and media in Australia and the UK. This experience has resulted in him being recognised as an expert in the Field Service Management industry.
